Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.- Implement best practices for system maintenance.- Conduct regular system audits for optimal performance. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.-
Must To Have Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture / AWS / GCP- Strong troubleshooting skills in SUSE Linux environments.- Knowledge of shell scripting for automation.- Experience in managing server configurations.- Familiarity with cloud computing services.- Experience in Cloud Networking services- Must be comfortable with OnCall
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification
