Application Support Trainee (NXRadar Product Division)

Job Responsibilities:

Platform Management & Implementation

 Execute the installation, configuration, and successful deployment of the NXRadar platform in both SaaS (cloud/hosted) and On-Premise customer environments.

 Perform routine management, monitoring, and maintenance of all application components to ensure maximum availability and performance.

 Assist in platform upgrades and patches as directed by senior engineers

 Operate core application functionalities and workflows as required by the Customer or as per Scope of engagement defined.

 Provide onsite or remote support for the application performance, or platform performance.

 Operate the application features, or co-ordinate with customers team members to achieve core deliverables defined in the service contracts such as application configuration, client installation, report generation, co-ordination with customer’s internal support, IT or vendor teams.

Application Operation & Support

 Perform platform performance management operations, diagnostics, testing, and project delivery.

 Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application functionality, performance, and stability.

 Coordinate effectively with customer IT/Operations teams for required access, system checks, and support activities.

 Document and track support tickets, resolutions, and system changes diligently.

Troubleshooting & Escalation

 Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) for reported incidents

 Manage and coordinate escalations to the internal Development and Product teams for complex bugs or issues.

 Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers throughout the support lifecycle

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

 Any Graduate degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

Essential Technical Expertise

 Expertise in the Linux Operating System environment (e.g., strong command-line proficiency, basic system administration, file system management, log analysis).

 A strong foundational understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, etc.) is an advantage.

Additional Skills

 Understanding or basic experience with high-level languages such as Python, Node.js, and/or JavaScript.

 Familiarity with database concepts (SQL/NoSQL) and querying.

 Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) environments, especially as it relates to SaaS deployment.
