As an Application Support Engineer - Decisions Developer at Decisions, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting complex customer issues related to the Decisions platform. Additionally, you will document solutions, provide prompt responses to customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Strong troubleshooting skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a customer-centric attitude are crucial for success in this role. Certifications in BPM/RPA software are considered a plus. You should be willing to work in a 24x7 environment and be available to assist customers, even on weekends.
