Experience in large-scale enterprise applications and automation tasks is essential. You will be responsible for customer issue resolution by researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting problems. Additionally, you will document solutions, provide prompt responses to customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Strong troubleshooting skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a customer-centric attitude are crucial for success in this role. Certifications in BPM/RPA software are considered a plus. You should be willing to work in a 24x7 environment and be available to assist customers, even on weekends. This role requires active problem-solving skills and technical engagement, rather than simply coordinating between groups.
