• Having 1-2 years of Experience (Must).
• Provide technical product support & production environment support to real time product suite integrated with telecom BSS systems, to high profile, big corporates and system Integration partners.
• Advantage for experience in technical support of web-based enterprise inventory management & CRM applications.
• Advantage for experience and knowledge of telecom domain.

Key activities are to:

• 1) Provide remote product support, inclusive of technical mentoring, problem troubleshooting, and the provision of solution based on configuration parameter change or workarounds for product defects/limitations.
• 2) Provide production support on issues faced during day to day operations and running of system real time & batch interfaces.
• 3) Should have excellent customer facing & communication skill, both written and verbal.
• 4) Ability to handle customer expectation for issues received over email or verbally.
• 5) Need to update customer verbally or via email on the progress made towards resolution of an issue reported.

Role:

• Technical & application support of a world class retail sales & inventory management system used by top telecommunications service providers in US, Europe & Asia.
• Provide diagnostics & troubleshooting & solutions to product & production issues.
• Need to work in a global team located across the globe to provide product on SLA and to meet quality standards.
• Verbal and written communication with international customers.
