Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide expertlevel support for applications using technologies including Java SpringBoot and Microservices Manage and monitor application environments on Windows ServerUnixLinux IIS Server WebSphere JBoss and TomcatApache
Utilize monitoring and analytics tools such as Grafana Kibana Prometheus Splunk AppDynamics Dynatrace and Elastic Search for proactive incident detection and performance tuning Handle database administration and performance tuning for MS SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB Cassandra Oracle DB and DB2 Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell Scripting Bash and Python to streamline operational tasks
Work with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes Support middleware and scheduling tools such as IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler BMC ControlM and Mainframe Autosys
Collaborate using tools like Jira Service Desk ServiceNow ITSM BMC Helix ITSM and ServiceNow Event Management Leverage cloud and DevOps technologies including Azure DevOps and AWS DevOps Services Apply knowledge management best practices and ERP testing experience to enhance support processes
