Application Support Engineer - L3 Support

Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

• Provide 

  Tier 3

  application support

   for production systems in a 24/7 shift rotation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across 

  frontend, backend, and AWS infrastructure

  .
• Monitor applications using 

  CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and X-Ray

  , ensuring system uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Perform log analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and create knowledge base documentation.
• Support CI/CD deployments and automation pipelines.
• Handle incident response, escalations, and work closely with stakeholders for quick resolution.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and deliver excellent customer experience.

Technical Skills Required:

• Languages: 

  TypeScript, JavaScript, SCSS/Sass

• Frameworks: 

  React, React Router DOM

• Build & Testing: 

  Vite, Vitest, SWC

• UI: 

  Material-UI

• Styling:

Backend (Serverless):

• Languages:

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-8 years

   of experience in 

  Application Support

  / Production

  Support

  / DevOps

  .
• Strong background in 

  AWS serverless architecture

   and 

  microservices

  .
• Expertise in 

  debugging distributed systems

   and 

  incident management

  .
• Good understanding of 

  CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and automation

  .
• Hands-on knowledge of 

  frontend React

  applications

   and backend APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 

  24/7 rotational

  support

  model
