Working Mode: 6 days work from office (2nd & 3rd Saturday Off)

Job Profile

We are looking for application support engineer to join our HLF IT Team. The candidate will be primarily responsible for application support of HLF lending application.

Job Responsibilities

• To provide application support for HLF Lending application comprising Loan Origination and Loan Management systems.
• To review the application support tickets, Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution and perform UAT for bug fixes.
• Follow-up and take responsibilities for unresolved issues and User escalation.
• Make healthy relationship and Promptness in communication with business team
• Ensure proper RCA receive from Development / Partner team
• Escalate support cases and priority issues to management as appropriate using good judgment in when and how to escalate.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Application Support role / software development for NBFC with through understanding of Loan Origination and Loan Management Systems.

Skill Requirements

• Technical Competencies o Good understanding of .Net based application with AngularJS and MS SQL Server with SQL Querying experience.
• Good understanding of API integration, post men testing o Create release note for bug fix
• Well verse about incident tracking tool like Jira, Bug Zila etc.
