Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:-Design, build, implement, maintain, migrate, and upgrade Windows Server environments (20032019), including security, backup, logging, reporting, and recovery.-Administer Hyperflex/Hyperconverged systems and VMware platforms.-Plan and implement various Windows Server roles and monitor server health.-Identify and resolve system bottlenecks across memory, processor, disk, and network.-Perform Hyperflex capacity upgrades (scale-out/scale-in) and troubleshoot data/storage controllers.-Integrate Hyperflex systems with Cisco UCS Manager and manage server profiles.-Install, configure, and migrate VMware vSphere environments end-to-end.-Upgrade VMware vCenter and manage ESXi cluster setup and configuration.-Troubleshoot VMware-related issues (VMs, ESXi hosts).-Ensure storage connectivity with ESXi hosts over iSCSI.-Apply patches and mitigate vulnerabilities for vCenter Appliance and ESXi hosts.-Govern access and delegate roles within VMware environments.-Conduct capacity planning and apply regression models.-Automate bulk tasks using PowerShell scripting.-Stay current with emerging technologies and support new implementations.- Working knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and DNS Professional & Technical

Experience with cloud-based services and virtualization technologies.- Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance tuning.- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.- Experience in troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.
