Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve application issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system problems.- Implement best practices for application support and maintenance.- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.- Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
