Must have skills : Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BTech Summary :As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support to identify and resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and ITIL processes. Experience in scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, and JavaScript. Knowledge of databases like SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
