About The Role

Project Role :Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills :Automated Testing

Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Job Responsibilities:?¢ Setup, manually execute and maintain test scripts for Integration (API) Testing, System Testing and E2E Testing across different test environments. ?¢ Perform root cause analysis on test results, raise and retest defects, update test scripts. ?¢ Manage test data required for test execution. ?¢ Maintain and run regression test sets. ?¢ Provide input to and work together with test automation team for automating regression scenarios. ?¢ Perform peer-reviews. Technical skills:?¢ Software testing methodologies (ISTQB) ?¢ Experience in Salesforce Functional Manual Testing (Marketing/ Sales/ Service clouds). ?¢ Excellent manual testing skills (System Testing, Integration Testing, Acceptance Testing) Optional skills:?¢ TOSCA test automation knowledge and experience ?¢ Ability to develop and maintain test cases in TOSCA. ?¢ Experience in API testing (using tools like SoapUI, Postman, Swagger) Gowthami - Transition - with correct start and end date Qualification 15 years full time education
