About The Role

Project Role :Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills :React.js, Implementation and Support in CCH-Tagetik tool

Good to have skills :client handling experience at client location
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required

Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function seamlessly to support business objectives and user needs. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of applications, contributing to a smooth user experience and overall business success.
Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for enhancement to ensure optimal functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in React.js.

Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
