Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into optimized data structures.

Ensure data models align with enterprise standards and support scalability and performance.

Work with data analysts to understand the data patterns and integrity.

Document data models and maintain metadata for easy reference and governance.Required Skills &
Qualifications

Tools:Hands-on experience with ER Studio or equivalent data modeling tools is mandatory

Domain Knowledge:Good understanding of Insurance P&C segment, preferably Commercial Lines.

Technical
Skills:

oSolid knowledge of data modeling concepts.oStrong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.

Experience:24 years in similar roles involving data modeling and insurance domain.

Soft
Skills:

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Qualification15 years full time education
