Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems in place.As Network Tower team lead, you will act as the ongoing interface for your network steams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, interpreting and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. Roles & Responsibilities:- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.- Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. Skills:

- Cisco Wireless, Branch SDWAN, Routing and Switching- Good to have Skills :BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, STP, SVI, VTP- Good to have knowledge on Skills :Automation, Wireless, Firewalls- Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations and implementation- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.- Hands-on Experience with network monitoring tools.
Additional Information:- Minimum 3 - 8 years of experience- Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend- Excellent communication skills Qualification 15 years full time education
