As a Technical Support Specialist, your role will involve solving customers" technical problems and complaints promptly. You will collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists in troubleshooting issues and run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer when required. Additionally, conducting customer training, visiting clients regularly to provide feedback to the sales team, and participating in regional and national conference calls to update technical issues will be part of your responsibilities. You should also be prepared to take on any other tasks arranged by the company. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related subject. A master's degree would be more preferred. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the IVD Application area, such as immunology, biochemistry, or molecular biology, with immunology experience being preferred. Proficiency in English as a working language, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic are also essential for this position.
