As a STS Protection Service Owner at EY Technology, you will partner closely across the Security Technology Services (STS) organization, Information Security, and business stakeholders to manage the end-to-end processes, support, and successful adoption of internal information security protection products and services. Your responsibilities will include educating and strategically consulting with stakeholders on the key capabilities available through internal products and services, understanding industry trends and threat landscapes to drive strategy, advocating for business stakeholder needs, supporting business case development for protection capabilities, maintaining product scorecards and metrics, driving early adoption and service introduction, leading service improvement initiatives, and managing various BAU activities for the assigned portfolio. To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of core Information Security principles, experience in driving product strategies and roadmaps for information security products, knowledge of security applications and technologies, experience with C-Level reporting and driving discussions with senior leaders, strong analytical acumen, solution orientation, and effective communication and analysis skills. In addition, you should possess a degree in Computer Science or related discipline, approximately 8+ years of leadership experience in Information Technology, 3 years of experience with information security technology products, experience in endpoint security and global enterprise security tool implementations, and familiarity with project management and service readiness processes. Ideally, you'll also have security certifications such as CISSP or CISM, ITIL v3 Foundation Certification, deep critical thinking skills, experience working in a global virtual environment, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, good judgment, tact, decision-making ability, ability to understand and integrate cultural differences, ability to deal with ambiguity and change, and ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
