Application Onboarding Consultant

You are a skilled consultant with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in PHP development, along with hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Application Onboarding (AOB). Your prior experience working in an outsourcing or managed services environment will be highly preferred. Your responsibility will include managing onboarding workflows, customizing AOB components, and supporting EC configurations to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in KT sessions and document functional and technical aspects of AOB and EC - Develop and maintain AOB components using PHP, ensuring alignment with SuccessFactors architecture - Configure and support proxy management, delegation workflows, and role-based permissions (RBP) - Manage EC processes including employee lifecycle, organizational assignments, and data validations - Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard new applications and ensure integration readiness - Handle FIORI-based tickets and coordinate with ABAP team for backend support - Prepare and validate BRD/FS documents based on KT inputs and business walkthroughs - Ensure compliance with SLA timelines and proactively resolve customer queries - Support UAT coordination, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization Required Skills: - Minimum 3 to 4 years of PHP development experience, preferably in enterprise or HRIS environments - Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors EC and Application Onboarding (AOB) workflows - Familiarity with Admin Center, Manage Data, Configure Object Definitions, and Business Rules - Experience with Integration Center, People Profile, and Proxy Configuration - Exposure to FIORI ticket handling and basic ABAP coordination - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to interpret KT inputs and translate them into actionable delivery tasks Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in outsourcing or managed services companies - SAP SuccessFactors EC certification (preferred) - Experience with workflow routing, custom object configuration, and RBP framework Qualification Required: - Graduate Total Experience: - 3-4 years Domain Experience: - SF Location for Engagement: - Remote (as per project requirement) Availability: - Immediate for KT and onboarding,
