Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, and providing technical guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java Enterprise Edition-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines. Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Java Enterprise Edition and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Oracle Database. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experience with web application development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with version control systems such as Git and SVN. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.
