Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using React.js, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications that meet business requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring the growth and development of the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in React.js development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong proficiency in React.js. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Redux, Node.js, and GraphQL. Solid understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in React.js development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
