Must have skills : SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : full time graduate Summary :As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies, including security and data privacy requirements. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Extensive experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) business processes and best practices. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of ABAP programming language and SAP NetWeaver platform. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, such as ASAP and Activate. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including agile development methodologies, version control, and testing frameworks. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions.
