Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Temenos Transact Good to have skills : Temenos Triple A Plus Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Must have minimum 15 years of full time education Summary :As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Temenos Transact. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Temenos Transact, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of high-quality code and adherence to project timelines. Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with established development methodologies and standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills:Must-have: At least 8 years of hands-on technical experience from working with Temenos T24/Transact (see below the more detailed list of Temenos specific skills) Excellent analysis, troubleshooting and debugging skills for functional and non-functional issues Application development or engineering background including experience in deploying applications Solid knowledge and experience with Oracle stack (Database, WebLogic, Oracle Service Bus) Solid experience in Linux and multi-server environments Hands on experience in scripting tools and programming languages like Java Good communication skills, fluent English Temenos specific skills/competences (candidates should be familiar with most of these if not all):Temenos Technical Frameworks, Temenos Design Studio, Temenos Updates, Temenos Upgrades, OFS, TAFJ Runtime, T24 L3 Coding, T24 Build and Deployment Support, COB, AA, IRIS2 & IRIS-R18 API, Payment Products, MicroservicesNice to have: Experience from logging and monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, etc. Knowledge on various integration technology like Kafka, MQ, API, etc. Knowledge and experience in Temenos components such as IF, DES, LSM, UXP, UA, TEX and/or TREX Experience with application virtualization and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.,) Experience from working in Agile team / SAFe Experience from working in multi-country team Additional Information: This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
