Your typical day will involve working with Java, Microsoft Azure PaaS, and leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality applications.Requirements:Technical Stack:Java or Node JS:5 years+, Team lead experienceNice to have:React JS experience, Azure Kubernetes experience, Application modernization experience,Mainframe experience, Agile experience, Azure development experience:5 years+ Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications, utilizing full-stack development methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols, utilizing tools like Microsoft Azure PaaS to optimize application performance and scalability. Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS. Experience leading teams of developers in the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications. Strong understanding of coding standards, best practices, and security protocols. Experience with full-stack development methodologies, including front-end and back-end development. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
