Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using React.js, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project milestones. Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the application. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong proficiency in React.js. Good To Have Skills:No Technology Specialization. Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in React.js. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
