Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process. You will also engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational goals, ensuring that the solutions provided are effective and efficient. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application performance and user experience. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily triage workflows, reviewing and validating findings before escalation.Act as the technical point of contact for cross-functional partners.Guide analysts in debugging logs, stack traces, and API responses.Ensure consistency and precision in issue documentation and labeling.Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process or tooling improvements.Support RCA investigations and trend analysis.Required Technical ExpertiseStrong debugging across client, server, and infrastructure layers.Proficiency in SQL queries, scripting (Python, Regex), JSON parsing, and API validation.Experience with log analysis tools, monitoring dashboards, and detector outputs.Familiarity with reliability guardrails, A/B testing impacts, and release cycles.Exposure to hardware debugging (device setup, pairing, companion apps, lifecycle testing).Working knowledge of GenAI behaviors, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.Preferred Technical ExpertiseFamiliarity with Unity (C#), Unreal Engine (C++), and Android 2D development.Ability to build dashboards and optimize tagging/automation workflows.Prior exposure to code review/version control for regression analysis.Leadership & Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to coach analysts and support their technical skill development.Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
