About The Role

Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications. Your role will require you to facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS).- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.- Experience with application design and configuration.- Familiarity with integration processes between WMS and other systems.- Ability to analyze and optimize warehouse operations.- The candidate should have experience in SAP WM all configuration and processes.- The candidate should have at least 2 end to end implementation working experience and have thorough knowledge integration with other cross functional modules like MM / PP / QM / FICO etc.

The candidate should have working experience / knowledge in SAP MM all configuration and processes.- The candidate should have end to end custom development experience including interface development.- The candidate should be quick learner and high problem-solving skill.- The candidate should have experience in team management, delivery management and stakeholder management.- The candidate should have good communication skill and interpersonal relationship skill.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
