Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project goals are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process. You will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of best practices and ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and specifications. Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates will be a key part of your role, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and mentoring for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Experience with Spring Boot.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.- Experience with application design patterns and best practices.- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
