Project Role Description :
Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation, rollout, or support of SAP PM/EAM modules including Functional Locations, Equipment, Task Lists, Work Orders, Notifications, Maintenance Plans, etc. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate them into functional specifications. Design and document functional specifications and integration specifications for custom developments, interfaces, reports, enhancements, and workflows. Work closely with ABAP developers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM, and external systems (e.g., GE-APM, Ecosys, Prometheus STO, Permit Vision etc). Facilitate and drive workshops, prepare business process documentation, and configure SAP PM/EAM processes accordingly. Define master data standards and validation rules for technical objects, maintenance plans, measurement points, and catalog profiles. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support UAT in collaboration with business teams. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements in maintenance processes. Support data migration efforts and provide functional validation of EAM master and transactional data. Ensure compliance with change management, security, and system governance processes. Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SAP PM/EAM Functional Consultant. Strong knowledge of SAP PM processes, configuration, and best practices. Experience in S/4HANA and/or ECC environments; S/4HANA certification is a plus. Proven ability to write clear and concise Functional and Integration Specifications. Experience in integrating SAP PM with other modules and third-party systems. Good understanding of IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, and middleware concepts. Exposure to mobile asset management solutions (e.g., SAP Asset Manager, Work Manager) is an advantage. Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, scheduling, and reliability processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with business and technical teams. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Qualification 15 years full time education
