Must have skills : TIBCO BusinessWorks Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years fulltime education Summary :As an Application Lead for Software Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions, and acting as the primary point of contact for the project. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of TIBCO BusinessWorks-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project specifications, requirements, and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks. Good To Have Skills:Experience with TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Administrator, and TIBCO Hawk. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experience with Java, J2EE, and web services technologies such as SOAP and REST. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
