Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Manage project timelines and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites development, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and efficiency of our applications. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Strong understanding of web development best practices, including accessibility and SEO. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
