Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Java Full Stack Development and Microsoft Azure PaaS to deliver high-quality applications.Requirements:Technical Stack:Java or Node JS:5 years+, Team lead experienceNice to have:React JS experience, Azure Kubernetes experience, Application modernization experience,Mainframe experience, Agile experience, Azure development experience:5 years+ Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality applications using Java Full Stack Development and Microsoft Azure PaaS. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of applications. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, conducting code reviews and providing feedback to team members. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Java Full Stack Development and Microsoft Azure PaaS, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development and Microsoft Azure PaaS. Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with back-end technologies such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development and Microsoft Azure PaaS. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
