Must have skills : SAP HCM On Premise ABAP Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15year fulltime education Summary :As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of SAP HCM On Premise ABAP solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the project. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Conduct detailed analysis of complex business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents. Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions, managing project timelines and budgets effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience with SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, ABAP Objects, and Web Dynpro. Experience with SAP HCM data migration and integration. Solid grasp of database concepts and SQL programming. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
