Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Salesforce Development Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : NA Summary :As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Salesforce platform, developing and implementing custom solutions to meet business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions, including designing and configuring Salesforce objects, workflows, and customizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns. Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration. Solid grasp of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions.
