Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :Spring Boot

Good to have skills :MongoDB, Java Enterprise Edition, Apache Kafka

Summary:As an Application Lead in Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Spring Boot. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, and acting as the primary point of contact for the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines throughout the software development lifecycle.

Identify and address technical debt and other issues that may impact the quality or performance of the software solution. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Java (Java 17, Java 11 is a must), Non Relational DB (Cosmos, Mongo), Event Driven Systems, Akka, DSL (JetBrains MPS), Kafka, Real Time Systems

Good To Have Skills:Experience with MongoDB, Apache Kafka, and Java Enterprise Edition.

Solid understanding of software development best practices, including coding standards, testing, and version control.

Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address technical issues in a timely and effective manner. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

This position is based at our Pune office.QualificationMin 15 years of full time education
