You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation. Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support. Make key decisions regarding the application development process. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Informatica Administration. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Informatica B2B Data Transformation. Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications. Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Informatica Administration. This position is based in Pune. A 15 years full-time education is required.
