Must have Skills :Salesforce Service CloudGood to Have Skills : Informatica PowerCenterJob Requirements :Key Responsibilities :1 Lead end-to-end implementation collaborating with the project manager client to deliver Salesforce solutions, including gathering client requirements, designing the solution and overseeing development and deployment 2 Expert on Salesforce platform with focus on advanced Salesforce Service, CTI solutions experience Cloud functionalities 3 Lead guide small team of senior junior developers Provide hands on support to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction Technical Experience :1Expert Salesforce developer with 6 years experience of hands on experience 2 Experienced developer with knowledge about advanced Salesforce Service Cloud features, CTI integration understanding of Experience Cloud concepts 3 Expert knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL programming web technologies like HTML/CSS JavaScript 4 Experience with VCS and deployment tools for Salesforce, such as Salesforce DX and Git Professional Attributes :1Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders 2Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to architect and implement complex technical solutions 3Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborative as team Educational Qualification:Regular 15-year fulltime EducationAdditional Info :Required certifications are Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant/PD1, PD2/system architect Qualifications Regular 15-year fulltime Education
