Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.- Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and procedures for application development and delivery.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- Good To Have Skills:Experience in other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.- Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions.- Strong understanding of SAP best practices, standards, and procedures.- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.- Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP solutions.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
