Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles Responsibilities:

Design and develop production-ready AI applications using Python and LLM frameworks.

Implement and optimize RAG systems to enhance LLM capabilities with external knowledge sources.

Build complex reasoning chains and agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.

Create and maintain vector databases for efficient information retrieval.

Develop custom tools and functions to extend LLM capabilities.

Optimize prompt engineering strategies for improved model performance.

Implement evaluation frameworks to measure and improve system performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products.

Stay current with the latest advancements in LLM technologies and implementation strategies.

Document code, architectures, and processes for knowledge sharing. Preferred
Qualifications:

Experience implementing complex workflows with Lang Graph.

Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and best practices.

Familiarity with different embedding models and their applications.

Understanding of semantic search and information retrieval concepts.

Experience with streaming architectures for real-time AI applications.

Contributions to open-source LLM tooling or frameworks.
Professional Technical Skills:Programming Languages:Python (required), JavaScript/TypeScript (beneficial)

LLM Frameworks:LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.

Vector Databases:Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or similar.

Cloud Services:Experience with AI services on major cloud platforms.

API Development:FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
