Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.- Design and develop high-quality applications using Java Full Stack Development.- Lead the development team and provide technical guidance and support.- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity. Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.- Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications.- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Knowledge of database systems like MySQL or Oracle.- Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
