Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the application development team in designing and building applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries.- Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to quality standards.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
