Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the application design and development process.- Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.- Identify and address technical challenges proactively.- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
