You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design and development of applications.- Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.- Implement innovative solutions to enhance application performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Microservices, and Light Weight Architecture.- Strong understanding of software development principles.- Experience in building scalable and reliable applications.- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.- Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years of education mandatory is required.
