You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in application development.- Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- Strong understanding of CRM customization, configuration, and integration.- Experience with CRM SDK, Plugins, Workflows, and Web Resources.- Hands-on experience in customizing and extending Dynamics CRM functionalities.- Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and .NET framework. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
