Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Downstream Retail Technology Good to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for application-related queries and decisions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Downstream Retail Technology.- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.- Experience with application configuration and deployment processes.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Downstream Retail Technology.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
