You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Manage and prioritize project tasks to meet deadlines. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle. Knowledge of web services and API integration. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
