You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Design and configure solutions based on business needs. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the applications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP ABAP development. Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development. Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and techniques. Experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP applications. Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems. Hands-on experience with SAP development tools and technologies. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Fiori development. Experience with SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform. Solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles. Experience with debugging and performance optimization in SAP ABAP. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
