Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :Java Full Stack Development

Good to have skills :Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required

Summary:As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team.

Develop and maintain high-quality code using Java and associated frameworks, including Spring Boot.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business needs.

Ensure that applications are scalable, maintainable, and secure, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong exposure to core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices

Basic skills and experience in Flowable designer, specifically CMMN, BPMN, DMN flows (if missing, needs to be trained by Accenture/Flowable)

Experience with enterprise integration and messaging-related technologies such as JMS, MQ, and/or Kafka

Knowledge on web UI technologies such as JavaScript and React

Solid design, coding, testing, and debugging skills

Experience in using monitoring/support technologies, e.g. AppDynamics and Splunk

Experience in Apigee platform

Experience with Azure, PostgreSQL, and Elastic search

Basic handling comfort with Unix/Linux servers, commands

Good understanding of agile methodology; experience working in an agile environment

Good understanding/experience of following secure coding practices, standards/guidelines when using CI/CD toolchain and services, DevOps mindset

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
