Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with other Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) modules, such as Sites, Assets, and Forms. Solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with Java and related frameworks, such as Spring and Hibernate. Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.
