Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA to deliver high-quality solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP Development for HANA solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional analysts, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP HANA Cloud Platform.

Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts, including ABAP Objects, ABAP Web Dynpro, and ABAP on HANA.

Experience with SAP development tools, including Eclipse and SAP HANA Studio.

Experience with SAP integration technologies, including SAP PI/PO and SAP Gateway.

Solid grasp of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
