Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BE or Equivalent Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design and development of SAP ABAP applications. Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development. Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration. Experience in developing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Knowledge of SAP development tools and methodologies. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Fiori development. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. This position is based at our Noida office. A BE or Equivalent degree is required. Qualifications BE or Equivalent
